The most authentic and original way to enjoy the real taste of this ajvar is to spread it on some freshly baked homemade bread and serve it with some white Macedonian sheep cheese. When having unexpected guests and you are unprepared, ajvar can be a real life-saver. Just open a jar and toss potato/corn chips on a plate.
